Could you please help with te null result for attached dxf(CAD2013) file Cause i cant find the reason for why return null, thanks a lot.

by the way, the attached file is transform format from dwg to dxf.

I do not see a problem with your file. Always check with the latest source code before posting an issue, it may be already resolved.
