For some uses (e.g. Pages) support embedding HTML in Markdown #16

For custom pages, we should support embedding HTML directly in the markdown.

This should not be allowed elsewhere (e.g. on profiles, comments)

Decided against this as it's not in the spirit of what the pages system is for.

Instead when we have custom templates we'll allow pages to have different "blocks" on the templates. This is #61
