Groups plugin

Groups are being pulled out into a plugin to allow for more customisation

the features I want to include:

• Automatic group generation
• Manual group forming
• Custom group properties
• Limiting groups to only members who attend
• Automatically placing late attenders in groups

Later on, I'd like to be able to provide weights to the grouping - to encourage particular attendees to be in the same/different groups (for example, this could allow an event to encourage developers to be grouped with artists rather than with other developers). This isn't part of this issue though.

Automatic group generation - and limiting to those who attend is complete

Before i sign this off I'd like to get manual group forming and custom group properties completed.

Manual group formation is completed.

Next up is the ability to change settings on when people are able to form groups, and then custom group properties.

We can now change settings on how people can form groups.

It'd also be nice to be able to configure people's ability to move between and edit groups.

Also group properties are still to be completed.
