AJAX Image uploading #45

This would make image usage easier. Have a store where we can upload images, and then reference them from events, emails, etc. (we could also upload inline)

This will be useful for things such as presets where restoring an unuploaded image is impossible.

This has been replaced by the AJAX uploader now used for themes.

It does need to be updated so it can be used on ModelForms and in custom properties.
