Add a preview for emails #77

When adding emails on the event editor - it'd be good to have a preview (using old/fake data) to show how the email would be rendered.

Particularly useful for e.g. including the event date (I just did this and had to look it up to confirm it's {{event.start}}.

Reopening as this needs to be added on the Staff/Emails page as well as on the emails widget
