Support multiple "types" of Event #8

One organisation may run different types of events, with different requirements re: emails, ticket types, etc.

This is now mostly supported via Presets.

In future if we add a way of having two future events on the horizon at the same time, it may be good to revisit this. (maybe a way of tagging the type of event)
