If HTTPS isn't being used we should disable certain features

Payments is a key feature that needs to be disabled if there is no HTTPS

We decided since HTTPS is so easy to enable now - there's no real justification for running Happening without it.

If you need SSL I recommend https://letsencrypt.org or using https://www.cloudflare.com CDN which provides SSL (both free).
