About the training effect of EPNet in OpenPCDet. #9

Hello @happinesslz , First of all, thank you very much for your open source work. I have some questions about EPNet for you. First of all, I referred to your EPNet code and ported it to OpenPCDet framework and trained it. However, the training results are slightly different from the results in your paper, what is the reason for this? Also, it seems that the IOU threshold of AP_R40 evaluation metric is not mentioned in the EPNet paper. The result is shown below, primeval indicates the result you gave in your paper, because I don't know the IOU threshold, so I default to the threshold in the table. image

Hello seniors, I also want to realize multiple categories of training, in order to better visualize the evaluation results and experiments. Train three categories in OpenPCDet framework as the author said, but the relevant code has not been published yet. Have you implemented it? Could you give me some suggestions? According to your experience, if you train car only and car, cy and ped together, is there a big difference in accuracy?Looking forward to your reply
