Create '/create' endpoint

As a user I want to be able to create a crushline:

Crushline form fields:

• title: (short headline)
• looking for : (girl or guy)
• seen at:
  • time: (timepicker)
  • date: (day picker)
• on: (options: tube, overground, national rail, buses)
  • if buses chosen populate empty field where user can type which number
  • similar solution to overground and national rail???
  • if tube chosen - populate all tubes lines - user can choose which line
• your crushline: (message from the user)
• upload picture(optional) - maybe (think about it)
• publish button
• save for later button
