Russian translation #34

Hey there!

I like your plugin, so I've created russian translation for it. Also, I took the liberty to move some strings to translate files and also translated them to russian. I hope you don't mind.

Tested on:

Redmine version 4.2.1.stable
Ruby version 2.5.9-p229 (2021-04-05) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 5.2.5
