Automatically manage PTR #21

Would it be possible to support automatic PTR record create/deletion?

Of course, it won't make sense for general use provider (Gandi, OVH, etc.) but for self-hosted ones (PowerDNS, Bind, Knot, etc.) it would be very helpful.

The discussion at PowerDNS-Admin could be a good start.
