What was changed?

Convert to using Slack OAuth for apps, rather than a single bot token
Converted from a super simple JSON file DB to actually using SQLite to use less Innovation Tokens
Added encryption at rest option for sensitive info like the Slack OAuth credentials
Improve unit tests
Updated UX for a number of flows based on user feedback

Why is this good for our users?

This is good because it enables new functionality, and makes the existing app more durable.

- [x] At minimum, ran the ./test_workflows/workflow_buddy_end_to_end_test_read_only.slackworkflow workflow and it was both successfully completed & outputs looked correct (We don't have a way to assert that changes are correct yet).
