Feature/upgrade webhook action

• 🌟feature: FIGURED OUT HOW TO CHANGE NAME IN WORKFLOW BUILDER VISUAL - HALLELUJAH! solves #7 .
• feature: give webhooks the ability to choose if 4xx/5xx errors will fail the workflow or continue past.
• feature: give webhooks option to post a body with it, honestly required idk why i hadn't done it yet.
• feature: add Validation tooling so during configuration step, users can be warned before submitting inputs that would cause 💥 during an execution.
• feature: broke out a separate Webhook step since it is probably the most important Step of all.
• cleanup: code consolidation to be more DRY.
• cleanup: add a few unit tests and catch myself being dumb with them. Yay they served their purpose!
