Show where I am when reading items #64

Would it be possible to show the order of the item one is reading? I'd imagine 
that writing 3/12, 2/12 and so one in the header wouldn't bee that difficult to 
achieve?

In the same time the UI could be simplified to allow for a sideways swipe to 
move to the next item instead of the arrow-buttons? Maybe optional? The "Goto 
link" could be replaced with a clickable header-bar instead?

The heading is a good idea, I will change that.

Concerning swipe: in consideration for a long time.
