Straightening out some issues with the documentation and pushing the "anyrate" compute sampling rate on the fly code up.
Note, the tenxfsc=2 is "roughly" 1.4 hw crystal, not exactly 1.4x. The equation is in the datasheet, but the actual sample rate for 5965A is 40000000.1406459 which can just be written as 40msps because the 50ppm of the crystal tolerance is 1000x greater than that slight variation.
