ipv6环境下，tracker选主会出现失败的情况 #686

版本信息： fastdfs: 6.12.0 (就是最近那个bugfix de36a81893f613e79e8bc802a0ca8e630efb1ee8) libfastcommon: 1.0.71 libserverframe: 1.2.1

两个节点(146、147)tracker启动后，146节点一直报 fca1:571 节点不存在 image 看源码是不是parseAddress函数还是没有处理ipv6的情况。

你确认一下下载的是最新代码，并且重新编译和安装

试过了，最新的三个仓库master，结果还是一样
