Preferences window can be opened multiple times #19

REPRO
1) Press cmd-, to open the Preferences window.
2) Notice the Preferences window opens.
3) Press cmd-, again.

EXPECTED
Expect focus to just be set to the already-open Preferences window.

ACTUAL
Another Preferences window opens.

VERSION
SOAP Client: Version 1.6.3.1 (1.6.3.1)
OS: OS X 10.6.2 (build 10C540)

NOTES
You can continue pressing cmd-, to get as many Preferences windows as you
want.  Also, their checkboxes are not bound to each other, so that if you
toggle it in 1 window, it does not update in the others.
