BRIG - alignment/blastn issue #15

Hello everybody! Here is my problem... I´m comparing two plasmids, of which mine (used as Reference) has two copies of a gene (resistance gene) while the other has only one copy. But in the figure I get, the second plasmid shows matches with both the copies. How can I avoid BRIG to match twice the sequence to a Reference? Thank you guys!

PS: To be more accurate, I did blastn and manually checked the matching regions and one would be the more correct/better than the other one (the matching region is longer, ca. 22kb vs 4kb), so I need to "push" BRIG to show me only that portion of the ring.
