BRIG is a cross-platform (Windows/Mac/Unix) application that can display circular comparisons between a large number of genomes, with a focus on handling genome assembly data.
The bounds for the "Configure BRIG options" ui component are too small and cuts off some of the entry boxes (see image attached). The bounds do not change on dialog resize, and there is no scroll ability afforded to the user, making some of the options impossible to edit.
