Unused / Wrong typenames? #5

Check the include-tree of types. Some types might be dead code.

Tried it in branch unused.types, but not sure if this rule is needed. For unused it might be cool, I was hoping we would have unused types, but we don't. So not that useful right now. Might revisit this later, the code works!
