Memory Leak in WinServer 2022 21h2 #29

happynet version:1.1.1

After several days of testing, it was confirmed that the software had a memory leak, and it could consume 8GB of memory in a day. There should be a kernel mode memory leak and the task manager will not see the memory rise.
