can not compile in the windows #315

I want to compile CPU caffe,and as you can see I set all of parameters about CUDA as "false" like below

BUT when I start to complie the libcaffe ,the error about CUDA is still happened . I do not understand what is wrong ,can you give me some suggestions? thanks a lot
