refactor /account page

准备参照https://github.com/settings/profile 和 https://www.udemy.com/user/edit-profile/ ：

我们目前有的菜单项：

• 个人简介（profile）
• 头像（avatar）
• 帐户（account）： email和密码修改

其它可以考虑添加的有：

• course的相关信息，类似与github的Repositories（https://github.com/settings/repositories ）
• Danger Zone： 用于删除帐户
