"Forgotten Password" How to send link and token to a secondary email

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Forgotten password functionality

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Sending password reset link and token to secondary (alternative) 
email.
Instead of Sending token to main email which user has no access to since he/she 
already forgets the password

What version of PWM are you using?
1.7.1

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Active Directory

Please paste any error log messages below:
Please kindly guide me what is the best way to implement it in 'forgotten 
password' functionality: sending the token to secondary email which is stored 
on Active Directory.
