ChangePassword loops and does not work #568

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Login with current password
2.Click on Change Password
3.Type in new passwords (accepted) and click on change password

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see password change successfully instead see password change screen 
again.

What version of PWM are you using?
V1.7

What ldap directory and version are you using?
Windows 2012R2, LDAP v2/3

Please paste any error log messages below:
Tomcat7-stdout log shows user authenticated but nothing else. Using the 
forgotten password process and all works correctly with appropriate entries in 
logs.
