What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. We have tried to reproduce the problem but there is no way unfortunately. It
is random.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When accessing the application through sometimes the user is able to login and
sometimes the user is not able at all. All we see is a spining wheel and at
some point a warning that the user's session will timeout.
What version of PWM are you using?
1.5.5 on Tomcat 6.0.18 and Apache 2.2.16 on RHEL 5.5 64-bit
What ldap directory and version are you using?
Red Hat Directory Server
Please paste any error log messages below:
Other than the timeout from the application itself we do not see any error
messages.
