User search error after integrating with LDAP

I had configured PWM on Ubuntu 12.04LTS.

Then I integrated with LDAP v3. So registered users will go to LDAP database. 

If i click on forgot password, it will ask me email and last name. Then i 
entered exist user details. But it is returning there is no such use. 

I have checked user filter also, user filter has been set to default.

Error is:

The username is not valid or does not have a configured response { 5006 
ERROR_RESPONSES_NORESPONSES (could not find a response set for 
cn=ram,ou=Employees,dc=safesquid,dc=net).

Any help ...

Yes it is configuration related issue, Mistake will be there on "LDAP search 
filter"
