What is the issue? This is an issue with lambdynamiclights and/or sodium.

The issue is that your modpack has both mods and one isn't working because another one was updated, which is on you guys to make sure your mods are compatible with each other. I sent the issue link because it explains that this is an issue with Sodium 0.5x so downgrading to 0.4.10 will fix the issue until a permanent fix is found.
