Timeseries IndexOutOfBoundsException when using BOUNDS_BELOW #414

Create an XYSeries Renderer, add a FillOutsideLine with the type "BOUNDS_BELOW" 
and with the dataset below, and the library will cause an 
IndexOutOfBoundsException when the view rendered:
