Support for reading archive comments #32

miniz seems to only support reading file comments from zip files. Unless I'm 
missing something, it seems like the global archive comment (which seems to be 
much more commonly used than per-file comments) cannot be read at the moment. 
It would be nice if this comment text could be extracted from zip files using 
miniz.
