Description

We are now working with key ecosystem collaborators to compile grounds-up insights on the state of welfare services in the country. This will be a collaborative effort with multiple stakeholders from Samaaj, Sarkaar and Bazaar side to compile insights into what is working and not working in the current state of affairs. This will include voice of customer surveys, ecosystem participant inputs and contributions and other thought leadership material that will help develop a 360 degree view of the welfare landscape in the country. All this thoughtware and insights will be published for public consumption under Creative Commons licenses.

We want to build a microsite to host all the information and knowledge base generated from this effort. This knowledge base should also be accessible to any citizen where they can view insights, interact with the microsite (potential chat design) to know and share their inputs on the welfare ecosystem

@SavitaMuley Hello Ma'am, Can you Please share what type of data we'll be working on. Like if there's any sample data to help understand what actually we are to process. How be the insights of the current state of affairs presented to us. Also, you have used term interact with the data on the microsite by the sowr. Can you kindly elaborate on how would a stakeholder interact, is it just the interaction based on the data graphs we've represented and their filters and option or something other. Looking forward to hear back soon. Thank you
