Link to `awesome-substrate` #19

... Although I would call this a temporary move. If we can "ingest" all the data from awesome-substrate into here, there is no need to have two awesome lists anymore. Also, such lists are better maintainted by a community rather than Parity.

Possibly, a good solution is to have a section under awesome-dot called polkadot-sdk, and all technical/coding matter, including Substrate go under it.

Happy to collaborate further :)

This sounds really good and I am okay with adding all the projects from awesome substrate.
