1.1.1 changed ZIP default behaviour? #38

before 1.1.1 zip was allowed with default config
now it returns "550 Message contains disallowed file extension (zip)"

It shouldn't have changed. Note that for 6 years now, disallowed_extensions has included 'zip' in the default. I just reviewed the diff and the only change I see (that wasn't mostly whitespace or making semicolons consistent) was the removal of a pair of parens here.
