UI - Update the design and name of the EvidenceUrl component

First things first, the EvidenceUrl component needs to be renamed to something like "Evidence"

Then you will need to also need to update the styling of the component.

Make sure you follow the design guide on the wiki

Also it looks like we're using Material-UI for the design, so please ensure you implement it in the redesign!
