Custom app "stats" does not have index.js #33

hi, whan I run the commands on powershell, it says "Custom app "stats" does not have index.js". I did all the instructions. Then when I run Spotify there is a stats tab but displays an error message of "something went wrong, please try reloading the page". Pls help me, thank you.
