I think this works?? got a wacky error about net statndard so ask me about that later

Isc list now compiled from cached file on startup of the mod, this should allow players to spawn any vanilla interactable from the start of the run.
Split assemblies update

Isc stuff doesn't work, but the other stuff is cleaned up now, I'll look into it this weekend
