set_run_waves_cleared {wave} (similar to set_run_stages_cleared)
force_wave [wave_prefab] (similar to force_family)
They add control to fast-track progression to certain wave numbers, e.g., transition waves, and force certain wave augments.
For force_wave I opted to list all wave prefabs internally when no input is provided instead of making a list_waves command, since its use would have been specific to just this case.
