Add the keywords "evolution", "simulacrum", and "voidfields" for item-related commands.

Use these global inventories as a template so that all spawned monsters will inherit the items. Useful when intending to test a specific item combination multiple times.

Fixed a parsing bug. The original if (args.Count < index || isDedicatedServer) has the edge case where a dedicated server can have the required argument present but as the default value.
Refactored the parsing logic into its own function. As it stands this means equipment-related commands also support the new keywords, even though they have no gameplay effect. I could add a flag to ignore them for such commands, but I figured to support them by default anyway as a mod might make use of the functionality down the line.
