Make it client-side as a camera suffices for its functionality.
Add support for event ID as an argument.
Also adds a hook to print a message to the console for server commands that are executed offline, as the vanilla code never executes them and the user has no feedback of what happened. Slightly more preferred than making a note of it in the docs as it might be both easy to miss and also the user does not have to mentally keep track of which commands require a server.
