These are currently bugged on vanilla dedicated servers.

I couldn't replicate this, also cleansing pool weren't working for me in DS, cause one of my mod was adding a soundbank, but in DS the ak sound engine fails to initiliaze, which made things even worse : the cleansing pool prefab has some AkEvent on them, which made it fail to complete one of its entityState
