Add documentation on how to run the app using harbur/captain image #71

It could be a simple entry on README.md.

The image harbur/captain is not updated regularly and currently not considered official release channel.

At the moment it's not planned to add it as official channel.

I will be more than happy to keep the image up-to-date.
