Adapter library for Google Collections #94

It would be nice to use Hamcrest matchers with Google Collections to filter
collections. This would need an adapter from Hamcrest's Matcher to their
Predicate interface.

If this solution is accepted I would add more needed static methods to 
GoogleCollectionsMatchers.

The patch is generated against trunk #515 root is 
http://hamcrest.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/hamcrest-java
