Add support for Nuvoton NCT6775F #49

Implementation is similar to Winbond chips, but creating a new class might
be a good idea.

The chip id is 0xB47X (e.g. 0xB473).

The ASRock 890GX Extreme3 from the attached report uses most likely a NCT6771F 
(same
id) as can be seen here: http://www.techzine.nl/f/gl/27234_f8ff1b7a01_11.JPG

The ASRock X58 Extreme3 uses an Nuvoton NCT6771F with chip id 0xB473.

Sorry for the duplicate issue (#144), the chip is identified by other software 
as a Winbond only later I realized the actual IC is branded Nuvoton.

Thank you for including support in the svn version. Any idea when the next 
stable version will be released?
