Can you make a screenshot of the hardware monitor tab in Gigabyte Easy Tune 6 
(download from http://www.gigabyte.us/Support/Motherboard/Utility_List.aspx) 
and save another OpenHardwareMonitor.Report.txt (more or less at the same time 
so the measured values are still the same)? With that information I should be 
able to add a specific configuration for your mainboard.

Thank you. It's a pain that even Gigabyte didn't implement the northbridge 
temperature in their tool, while they seem to have it in the BIOS. This doesn't 
make things really easier.

Anyway, I have tried to create a configuration for your mainboard. Please test 
this new version

and let me know if everything is correct.

It works, the nb temp is now listed and true. It's the same as another hardware 
monitor app reports. Also im not 100% sure, but I think the "System" sensor is 
the southbridge. If so maybe it could be listed as Southbridge instead of 
System, because the Northbridge on this board is the one that gets hottest and 
is the most vital system temp to monitor.

It is very difficult to find out where the temperature sensors are located, 
because it is not documented anywhere. The chip measuring the sensors is the 
IT8720F, but to what it is connected only Gigabyte knows. 

The best method I know is to use a hair dryer (on low heat) to warm up certain 
areas of the mainboard as locally as possible when the system is idle, and 
check response of the temperature sensors. This way you can get an idea about 
where they measure (and if they measure at all).

Unless we have more evidence where the "System" temperature is from, I think I 
will just leave it with the vague label (because it reflects best what we know 
or don't know).
