for a SMTP server not supporting TLS1.2 ther is an analysis text saying "Until TLS 1.3 is finalized and becomes widely available ..."

TLS 1.3 is finalized :-)

This should be fixed now, although the old, cached, reports might still show the old text in some cases. Thanks!
