Port for Kitty terminal emulator #16

Hi, really like the theme and finally figured out that instead of waiting I'd make the port my self. So here is an initial version of the HardHacker theme for the Kitty terminal. Let me know if there's anything to be changed.

I have added your repository to the official themes repo. Thank you very much for your contribution. If necessary in the future, we will create our own repository. If you have any updates in the future, you can submit a pull request to update the submodule index. :shipit:
