Error in Date when A Parent Has No child #98

OS: windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When a parent has no child the date of parent is wrong. Its shows current 
Browser date. I tried to check the source code but there the date is correct bt 
still the chart shows system date only ... The other task with subtask doesnt 
have this problem
