Devices with application type only "Action" are not detected by Alexa #170

Hello, as per title, it seems that if you add a device with Actions: On/Off and Application Type: Action. This is not detected by alexa after device discovery.

Existing devices with that configuration appear to work, so I can only assume something on Amazon's end has changed.

I suggest trying to discover it again later
