The unit of -rrate #69

Dear Nick, I noticed that the --rrate options need recombination rate per base. What is the unit of recombination? Should I use "cM/bp" or "recombination possibility per base" for --rrate?

--rrate RRATE, -R RRATE
                        recombination rate per base

Apologies, missed this first time around. It is rate per base. So, recombination possibility per base. For Anopheles we used 10e-7 if memory serves.
