Replaced SFDX commands with latest sf #541

I have changed commands which were using sfdx which is about to retire in upcoming year, and replaced with new sf commands.

How to you proceed ? big CTRL+F ?

If so, please can you run yarn pack to see the impacts on generated sources ?
